WEST'S PICTURES.
West's pictures and orchestral band will commence a season of three nights at the Town Hall, on Monday night. An excellent programme of new films will be ahown, and the management desire to assure the public that the very latest and best subjects obtainable will be displayed. A recent press notice of West's pictures contained the following:—"The orchestra is undoubtedly an important adjunct of the entertainment and their music last night was appreciated by all present. The fine series of pictures included:—"Naval Manoeuvres of the Italian Warships," the details in connection with the display being particularly good. Then followed a "Voyage up the Nile," "New York to Paris by Motor and Airship," "Fountains of Versailles," "Views of Rome," "Aden and its Camel Markets." The humorous aeries included "Stolen Watch," "Strong Woman," "The Spider," all of which created roars of laughter. The box plan is on view at Miss Rive's.
