POSTPONED TILL END OF JULY. Received May 12, 9.45 p.m. LONDON, May 12. Reuter states that the Imperial Conference has been postponed till the end of July in the hope that Sir Joseph Ward (Premier of New Zealand) will be able to attend. Colonel Seely (Under-Secretary for the Colonies) replying in the House of Commons to Mr Cecil Harmsworth (Liberal M.P. for Droitwitch) declined to include the question nf Asiatic immigration to the self-governing colonies amongst the matters to be discussed at the conference.
