Mr Thomas desires to obtain some improvement in the service if the contract is renewed for a year only. The whole matter was involved in the greater "All Ked" scheme, and although the contract would probably be renewed for the ensuing arrangements beyond that time were likely to form part of a comprehensive "All-Ked" scheme.
