PARIS POSTAL TROUBLE. TRIPLE STRIKE PROBABLE. Received May 12, 1 a.m. PARIS, Vay 11. The Federal Committee of the Postal Employes has placarded Paris with an appeal to Parliament to dismiss M. Simyan, otherwise there will be war to the knife. It is expected that a strike will be declared to-night. The General Labor Federation is planning a triple strike of railmen, electricians and postal employees.
