THE ALIPUR CONSPIRACY, TWO ACCUSED SENTENCED TO DEATH. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received May 7, 10.35 a.m. CALCUTTA, May 7. Baren Ghose, Arabinda Ghose's brother, who has confessed, and Dutt, who prepared the bombs, have been sentenced to deaJh in connection with the Alipur conspiracy case. Some of the other accused have been sentenced to transportation for lifaor imprisonment ranging from one year to ten years. Arabinda Ghose and the rest of the accused have been acquitted. The judge held that Baren Ghose's confession linked up the Muzzaffapur outrage, the attempts on the life of Inspector Fraser, and the Mayor of Chardarnagar, with the conspiracy for collecting arms, making bombs, street fighting, etc., all of which indicated the intention to wage war against the King;.
