Sr Edward Grey, Secretary for Foreign Affairs, speaking at a meeting of the Newspaper Society, complimented the Turkish Constitutional Party in its remarkable discipline and determination. He believed the leaders of the party would labour to establish effective civil administration, based on order and justice, throughout Turkey.
