BEFORE THE DUNEDIN POLICE COURT. I A SERIES OF CHARGES. ) COMMITTED POtt SENTENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEHIN, May 7. At the Police Court this morning. Amy Bock was charged with having made a false declaration to the Registrar of marriages at Romahapa; with having obtained £4l from Miss Henderson by means of false prei tences, and with having obtained ( £lo from B. S. Irwin by means of false pretences. Accused pleaded guilty, and was committed to Supreme Court for sentence,
. Accused said it was no use expressing regret, as she would not be believed. She wished to thank the Press for remembering notwithstanding what she had dune, that she was a woman. Bail was refused.
