DISCOVERIES AT YILDIZ PALACE. Received May 6, 9.15 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 6. A commission examining Yildiz Palace discovered £450,000 in bank notes, rosary worth £750,000, and receipts for a, t million pounds deposited in the foreign banks. NEW CABINET FORMED. Received May 7, 12.37 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 6. Hilmi Pasha has formed a Cabinet with Mollah Sahib, a distinguished theologician of Liberal views, as Siicik-ul-Islam; Piifat Pasha as Minister of Foreign Affairs; Ferid Pasha, as Minister of the Interior; ViceAdmiral Alif Hikmet, as Minister of Marine; Hnd Salish Pasha, as Minister of War.
