Received May 7, 12.37 a.m. LONDON, May 6 Dr. Macnamara, Parliamentary Secretary of the Admiralty, speaking at Hartlepool, affirmed that the British navy was in a position of "n----t challengeable supremacy, and the Government were determined to maintain in that position.
