BETTING WITH AN INFANT.
\ By Telegraph—Press Association. FEILDING, Mayl6. At the Feilding S.M. Court, today, Chas. Mitchell, bookmaker, pleaded guilty to a charge of betting with an infant. The facts were that Mitchell made a bet with a lad named Hooker at the Feilding Easter Races, Hooker being only eighteen years old. A fine of £lO was inflicted.
