HOUSE OF COMMONS GALLERIES.
REOPENED UNDER TIONSReceived May!s, 8.10 a.m. LONDON, May 4. The Speaker, in reopening the galleries of the House of Commons, which were closed on account of the recent disturbances by Suffragettes, announced that he did so under specified conditions, and if t.hese were violated the galleries would again be closed.
