FIRE IN WELLINGTON.
By Telegraph—Press Association, WELLINGTON, May 3. A fire yesterday morning in Dwan Bros.' premises, Willis street, originated in the kitchen of the portion occupied as a fruit cafe. Damage was done by smoke and heat diningroom and other portion of the building, but the brigade, getting quifkly to work, prevented a big blaze. Woodward's stock was insured for £lB5 in the Yorkshire. He estimates his loss at £285. The building was insured for £I,BOO.
