THE REAL GRIEVANCE. Received April 30, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, April 29. The Bishop of London (Right Rev. Dr. Winnington Ingram) [states that when the Welsh Church grievance is boiled down it amounts to this—that four Welsh Bishops sat in the House of Lords. By all means let four stout Nonconfcrmist ministers sit there also. It would be most interesting to hear the arguments of both parties.
