By lelegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 29. The following is Rev. D. C. Hates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow: Moderate to strong easterly winds are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and northerly winds elsewhere; weather mild and changeable; indications for ain and barometer falling everywhere.
