"VOTES FOR WOMEN."
AN EXCITING INCIDENT. Received April 28, 9.37 p.m. LONDON, April 28. Another Suffragette demonstration took>place yesterday. Three Suffragettes chained themselves to tue legs of the statues in St. Stephen's Hall. There was considerable excitement while the police cut the steel chains, the Suffragettes shouting •"Votes for Women" and similar stock criss. Friends of the Suffragettes assisted in the disturbance.
