Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Eketahuna sale held on Friday as follows:—We had a good yarding of sheep, more coming forward than advertised. We made a total clearance under the hammer at prices up to vendors' expectations in both cattle and sheep. We'quote:— Sheep: Ewes in lamb,'.7s 5d to 8s 6d: cull ewe 3, 5s 9d to 6s 2d; shorn lambs, best, 7s 6d; others, 5s to 5s 4d. Cattle: Forward cows, £3; aged cows, 30s; heifers in calf, £2 to £3 16s; speyed heifers, £2 6s; weaners, 20s. Pigs: Weaners, 10s 9d.
