RACIKG-. PONY AND GALLOWAY RACES. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 23. Ihe Miramar Pony and Galloway Club held races at Miramar to-day. The attendance was small, and the Club had intended to devote the profit of the meeting to [charities, but instead of a profit there will be a deficit of about £4O. Marrie Oliver won the Benevolent Handicap, but' was disqualified for inconsistent running. Results:— Distribution Handicap—Heatherlea Lass 1, St. Helena 2, Mytre 3. Maiden Race—Prince Roy 1, Lady 2, Sequestrator 3. Charity Cup—Moata 1, Sweet Lethe 2, Aurifera 3. Benevolent Handicap—Trixie ,1, Lady Dauphin 2, Soprano 3. Ambulance'Handicap—Aurifera 1, St. Helena and Mytre dead heat 2. Gift Handicap—Hetherlea Lass 1, Sweet Lethe 2, Inkerman 3.
