NEW ZEALAND LAWS. ADVERSE REPORT. Received April 22. 9.20 p.m. BRISBANE, April 22. * The report prepared by Police Magistrate Ranking upon the New Zealand licensing law has been sub mitted to the Chief Secretary. The contents have not been divulged, but it is understood that ihey are adverse to New Zealand prohibitionlaws. The work ot drafting the Licensing Bill for submission at the next session is progressing.
