By Telegraph—Press Association. 1 ' WELLINGTON, April 20. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. tomorrow Moderate to strong northerly winds are probable north of Raglan and Castlepomt, with fair weather and a slowly falling barometer, but a gale from between north and west, with rain and cloudy weather, are probable elsewhere. Unsettled and stormy weather are pro- ' bable southward of Raglan and Napier during the next four days, and may extend northwards.
