By Telegraph—Press Association. NELSON, April 20. A record was put up in loading the Rakaia with frozen meat at Nelson wharf. Some of the railway wagons were ' discharged in nine minutes, and the average loading was a thousand carcases an hour, which, it is said, constitutes a record for a New Zealand port. The loading of fourteen thousand carcases will be completed this evening. The local railway management and method are much praised by the Bhip's authorities.
