CRICKET.

(From Our 0»n Correspondent. A cricket match Mataikona v. Akitio was played on the 10th inst. at Akicio. The day was a glorious one for cricket and the pitch was ths bast that the visitors had ever played on. Mr F.Armstrong takes particular interest in his cricket ground, and it is certainly a credit to hitn. Mr and Mrs Armstrong treated the cricketers in their usual warm hearted manner, and, needless to say,fjwhere heartily cheered for their hospitality.
