Received April 20, 12.5 a.m. SYDNEY, April 19. Major-Gener'ai Hoad, Federal Commandant, has returned from a visit to England and America. He states that he was as much impressed as ever with the splendid work done by the Australian citizen soldiery, which compared more than favourable with any similar organisation that he had seen.
