By Telegraph —Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 19. The following Is the "Kerv. D. C. Bates' weather forecast, to 3 p.m. tomorrow :—Moderate to strong easterly winds are probable north of New Plymouth, and increasing northerly winds elsewhere; barometer fall everywhere for a probable change in thejweather in southern and western districts of the South Island after about sixteen- hours, and then extending northwards.
