Chicago wheat is demoralised. May wheat slumped to 126 cents, and July to 114 cents, until fifteen minutes before the close, when'Mr Patten furiously bought three million bushels, and May wheat recovered to 127J cents, and July 115f cents. Enormous business was transacted.
