His first action was to release the officers of the Committee of Union and Progress imprisoned on Tuesday. He has issued orders that they should notbe molested. The Government anounces that it will follow the foreign domestic programme of its predecessors. The Young Turk Committee at Salonika refused to acknowledge the new Government, and are preparing to offer a desperate resistance. A great public rneetng at Salonika approved of the Committee's decision. Received April 16, 10.8 p.m. VIENNA, April 16. Hakki Bey and Enber Bey, leaders of the July revolution, have left Vienna to assume control at Salonika. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 16. The Turkish Chamber has unanimously resolved to approve of the recent events, and is willing to work in conformity with the sheriat and the constitution.
