INVITATION TO AFFILIATE. DECLINED BY POSTAL CLERKS. Received April 15, 9.20 a.m. LONDON, April 14. The United Kingdom Postal Clerks Conference, now sitting at Nottingham, by a large majority, declined to affiliate with the Labour party. The reasons given for the refusal were that the Labour party was in itself divided and was mainly Socialistic.
