By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 15. The following is Lhe Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow :—High easterly winds, with occasional squalls, are probable north of Auckland, and moderate to strong northerly winds prevailing generally elsewhere, with fine weather.
