FOOTBALL.
A meeting of the Masterton Thirdclass team was held in the Y.M.C.A. rooms last evening, when there was a good attendance. Several new members were elected. The following were elected as officers of the team: —Captain, A. Pauling; Vicecaptaill, L. Johns; selection committee, A. Pauling, L. Johns, «nd T. Rayner. It was decided to try and arrange a match with, the Red Star 111. for Satuday, the team to be selected from the following:—H. Bililngton, H. Yates, E. Simonson, J. Hanley, W. McHattie, T. Rayner, A. Pauling, L. Johns, N. Fly, 0. Wellington. R. Milne, R. Mace, b. Dixon, H. Braggins, w H. Simonaon, J. Carmine, S. Munn, G. Davis, and P. Mcßarren.
