DAYLIGHT SAVING BILL.
Received April 14, 10 a.m. SIDNEY. April 14. The Labour Congress negatived a moton in favour of the principle of the Daylight Saving Bill. The chief objection was that the Bill would be used as an excuse to lengthen the hours of labour.
