By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 13. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates" weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow: Moderate to strong southerly winds are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, with fine weather and little movement of the barometer; moderate to strong westerly winds elsewhere, and a fall ing barometer after 12 hoursweather fair.
