RECENT TROUBLE IN SAMOA.

The officers of the steamer Yeddo, which arrived from San Francisco, via Samoa, yesterday, state that native affairs in the German territory were quiet. There were three German warships at Apia. Several native chief who had been inciting natives to rebel against German authority had been arresced by marines, and placed on board warships waiting transportation to one'of the outlying island?. The Admiral was communicating with Berlin regarding the disposal of the prisoners.
