. REVULSION OF FEELING IN RUSSIA. , i SUPPORT FOR M. ISVOLSRY. ~" ST. PETERSBURG, April 9. The transparent desire of the Austrian Press to secure the resignation of M. Isvolaky, Russian Minister for Foreign 'Affairs, has resulted' in a strong revulsion of feeling in Russia. The public now oppose a change at the Foreign Office, arguing that it would involve a disastrous subserviency to Berlin influence. Received April 11, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, April 10. In assenting yesterday to the abrogation of Article 25 of the Berlin Treaty, Britain. Italy and Germany recognised the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Russia and France will do likewise to-day. Austria is now hastening to demobolise her troops. The cost of maintaining the military and naval forces during the crisis, amounted to £40,000 daily.
