At the instance of the Washington Government, the landing at Trinidad of Senor Castro, ex-President of Venezuela, has been forbidden the British authorities. Received April 8, 4.30 p.m. PARIS, April 8. The French Government has decreed the expulsion of ex-President Castro from Martinique. Received April 8, 10.50 p.m. LONDON, April 8. Ex-President Castro remains at Martinique, under surveillance.
