BRAYBROOK RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

RESULT OF DEPARTMENTAL ENQUIRY.

Received April 8, 11.50 p.m. MELBOURNE, April 8.

The Departmental Board inauiry into the Braybrook accident of April 20th last found Engine-driver Milburn guilty on each of five charges, and Driver Dolman, Firemen Tomlinson, Debeney and Guard DarKy not guilty. Stationmaster Randall was found guilty, with a recommendation to mercy.

Milburn and Kendall are to be dismissed from the service, with the right to appeal. The others will be reinstated.
