ARMY ANNUAL BILL.

SOME OF ITS CLAUSES. Received April 8, 10.50 p.m. LONDON, April 8. In the House of Commons the Army Annual Bill was read a third time. It contains clauses enabling Colonial Legislatures to apply the Army Act to local forces. There is another clause making members of colonial forces subject to the Army Act when training in the United Kingdom. The Bill provides for bil leting territorials on private individuals when inns are unavailable.
