LORD KITCHENER.
Received April 10, 12.20 a.m. LONDON, April 9. The Calcutta newspaper "The Statesman" suggests that Lord Kitchener should be Lord Minto's successor, owing to his practical knowledge of India and his keen insight into administrative problems.
