FOOTBALL.
At the last meeting of the Masterton Association Football Club, a letter was received from the Petone Club, asking if it would be possible to arrange a match with them at Masterton on Easter Monday. The Masterton Club agreed to the match being played on that day, at Lansdowne, commencing at 2 o'clock. It was also arranged that a practice match should be played on Saturday next. All members to attend in colours (black and green jerseys and blue knickers). All interested in this game are cordially invited to attend a meeting on Tuesday, April 20tb. At the annual meeting of the Woodville Football Club the follow, ing officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Patron, Dr. P. H. Mules; President, Mr John Murray; Vice-Presidents, Messrs Boyeri, Somervile, Govenlock, Gothard, McCabeLair.g. Pickering, Appleby, Balcombe and the Rev. B. H. Ginger; Treasurer, Mr A. H. Rosenberg; Trustees, Messrs E. E. Grinlinton and E. Harding; Delegates to the Union, Messrs E. Harding, E.« R. Grinlinton, A. H. Rosenberg and D. P. Porteous; Coach, Mr Porteous; Management Committee, Messrs J. Henery, H. Giles, R. Palmer, F. Ebbett, R. Biy, D. P. Porteous and S. Moore; Match Selectors, Senior, Dr. Mules, Mr E. Harding and captain of the team; Junior, Messrs E. Grinlinton, R.'Bly and captain of the team; Caretaker, Mr H. Read; Auditor, Mr R. Fennell; Referees for the Union, Messrs Porteous, Rosenberg, Stace and E. Harding; Secretary, Mr W. N, Crinlintoi.
