Received April 7, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, April 6. A Bill for the Amalgamation of the Great Northern, Great Central, and Great Eastern railways has been read a second time in the House of Commons, by 136 votes to 111. The minority included some Radicals and the bulk of the Labourites.
