FRANCO-CANADIAN TREATY.
Received April 4, 4.15 p.m. LONDON, April 3. The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that the FrancoCanadian treaty enables Canadian manufacturers of agricultural machinery to completely undersell United States tnanufactu-ers. The duties on Canadi&n c eese, tit red meats and wood pulp are reduced by thirty and forty per cenr.
