•• CUSTOMS AND POSTAL. Received April 2, 10.12 a.m. MELBOURNE, April 2. The Commonwealth Customs revenue for the nine months was £8,323,419, a comparative decrease of £769,200. The Postal revenue increased by over £97 j 000.
