MENACE OF GERMANISM.
INCREASING THE RUSSIAN ARMY VOTE. Received April 2, 10.40 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, April 2. The Duma has been asked to vote £51,400,000 for the army—an increase of £4,400,000. The announcement was received in the Duma with cheers. It is announced that the Russian Slav Societies will shortly meet to discuss how to combat the menace of Germanism.
