METEOROLOGICAL.
Mr Nicholls reports that the rainfall at Castlepoint tor the month of March was 479 points, rain falling on 12 days. The maximum fall was 28* points on the 29th, and the minimum 1 point on the 2nd. Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall on the Upper Plain for the 24 tiuurs up till 9 a.m. yesterday was 26 points.
Mr H. G. Groves, Bash Grove, reports as follows:—The rainfall fothe month was 4.04 points. The maximum fall was 1.80 points on 29th, and rain fell on nine days. The maximum temperature for the month was 88 on the 9th, and the minimum temperaturf 42 on the 3rd. The rainr fall for March, 1908, was 7.25 points.
