IRISH LAND BILL.
SEVERE CRITICISM. Received April 1, 9.45 p.m. LONDON, April 1. In the House of Commons the Right Hon. George Wyndham, and the Right Honourable Sir Ed. Carson, severely criticised the Irish Land Bill, particularly the clauses paying landlords in stock instead of cash. The Bill was read a second time.
