THE FINANCIAL PROPOSALS. ADVERSE CRITICISM. Received April 1, 10 a.m. SYDNEY. April 1. The morning papers and ministers of the various States adversely criticise the financial proposals of Mr Fisher (Federal Prime Minister) as outlined in his speech at Gympie, They declare that the adoption of the proposals would lead the States into financial bankruptcy.
