The Bovril Australian Estates Company, Limited, which has been formed with the object of purchasing the properties of Mr Sydney Kidman, "the Australian Cattle King," and other properties, will have a capital of £250,000. The directors are Lord Brassey (an ex-Governor of Victoria), Sir Edward Wittenoom (a former Aeent-General for Western Australia), and Mr Kidman.

Mr C. H. Rason will assume the chairmanship of the board of directors upon returning to Australia in October from his present position as Agent-General of Western Australia.
