EX-PRESIDENT CASTRO.
BERLIN, March 26. Ex-President Castro, of Venezuela, ha 3 left Europe. He will remain at Trinidad not being allowed to land at Venezuela, and owners of steamers will be prosecuted if they take him to the last-mentioned country.
In December last 'President Castro journeyed to Europe for medical treatment, and shortly after his departure there was a successful revolution initiated by General Gomez. Leading Venezuelans fast no time in cabling to Castro at Berlin the unpleasant information that his power had been destroyed, and his property confiscated, and that he would be arrested if he attempted to return. Naturally enough, he was furious, and stated his determination to return and overthrow his opponents.
