STOWAWAYS ON A STEAMER. .Received March 29, 1 a.m. FREMANTLE, March 28. Eleven Chinese stowaways were discovered aboard the steamer Charong from Singapore. They were secreted in the hold amongst some timber in a specially constructed cavity, ten feet by seven. They were in a filthy condition. One hundred and five tins of opium were found handy.
