NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Board, at a meeting to bo held on the 27ch day of March, 1909, to confirm a resolution mada by way of a special order striking a general rate over the whole district. NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of uie Casilepoint County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 27th day of March, 1909, to confirm a resolution passed by way of special order authorising the raising of a loan of .£250 for a bridge over the :iiver on the Alfredton-Tinui Road; also to confirm a resolution passed by way of special order striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan of <£2so. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council will be held at the Council Chambers Chape] Street Masterton on Friday! the 23rd day of April 1909 at 7.30 p.m. to consider the confirmation of the following special order and resolution: — The Masterton Borough Council hereby resolve to make and do make the following special order: — "WHEREAS Edward William Peters of Masterton farmer Cits trans ferree from Edward Peters) is the holder of a lease from this Council of all'that parcel of land situate in the County of Masterton containing 120 acres more or less being run 27 Block 111.
