AUSTRIA AND SERVIA.
A GRAVE OUTLOOK. SERVIA WILL FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF THE POWERS. Received March 25, 9.55 p.m. VIENNA, March 25. The newspaper "Fremdenblatt" says that the Powers wif?h the threatening conflict to be momentarily averted. "We wish," says the paper, "it to be permanently removed i The Servian question requires radical ! treatment and must get out of the world forthwith and forever." This semi-official comment refers to the exceedingly grave deadlock due to Baron Aehreuthai objecting to the terms of Sir Ed. Grey's proposed formula which would enable Servia to satisfy all Austria's substantive demands, and smoothed the way for a conference. It is understood that Sir Ed. Grey is preparing fresh proposals. Meanwhile Baron Aehrenthal withholds what is almost an ultimatum to Servia. LONDON, March 24. Reuter's correspondent at Belgrade reports that the Government has announced that Servia wijl unreservedly i follow the advice of the Powers.
