Two men, named Rosser and Lyons, were committed for trial for maliciously destroying the Proprietary Company's railway line an] January sth. "SPELLING" THEIR HORSES. WHAT IT MAY MEAN, Received March 25 r 10.20' a.m. SYDNEY, March 25. The directors of the Proprietary Mine are sending their horses to South Australia for a "spell." This is taken as an indication- that jt is not intended to resume work for a considerable- time. THE ARBITRATION AWARD.. Received March 25, 10.20 a.nu MELBOURNE, March 25. The Federal High Court has granted a writ of prohibition in connection with the Broken Hill Arbitration award. The writ is returnable on April 14th.
